My Landscape

Living in Suffolk, I’m lucky to be surrounded by gentle countryside, winding lanes, and the nearby sea – all of which feed into my artwork. The fields, woodlands, hedgerows and wide skies offer a peaceful kind of beauty that’s constantly shifting with the seasons.

The light here is always changing – soft and silvery in the morning, golden in the late afternoons – and it brings out subtle tones in the landscape that often find their way into my palette. Whether it’s the vibrant green of new growth, the warmth of autumn leaves, or the soft blues and greys of the coast, Suffolk has a quiet charm that’s impossible to ignore.

Even a short walk can offer something unexpected – a flash of colour, a wildflower, a bird in flight – and it’s those little moments that inspire me most.
